Archery Country
After shooting the same old bow for more years than I care to remember, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I visited many different places that sold archery equipment, then I stopped in at Archery Country. I was impressed, this place had equipment, and the staff there knew the equipment they sold and their customer service was first class. After talking with Jake and describing to him what I was looking for in a new bow, he promptly set up four different brands (all similar style and cost) and let me shoot them to help me determine which one I liked the best. I left Archery Country that day with the new bow and equipment I was looking for, and made some friends along the way! I visited your store last year in search of picking out a new brand and model bow. I have a 1993 PSE that I used for a few years after high school. Because of life's business, I had not done any bow hunting until 2005, when we were selected to go into Camp Ripley for the archery hunt. Last year I gave some time to researching the top bow companies. Then one day I stopped in your shop to shoot some of my top picks out. The staff was very knowledgeable and were of great help. I also checked out a couple shops close to home. Because of the convenience of being closer I choose one of those shops and bought a 2006 Hoyt Powertec. What a mistake I made. (Not with the bow.) I have had nothing but problems with their work and customer service. This summer after I started shooting my bow I just couldn't seem to get my groups very tight. Then I put my Montec's on and I was really all over the place. So I call up Archery Country and talked to Anthony. He told me to come down it didn't matter which day because the whole staff is well trained. Man, was he right (Well at least about Jake and Brandon) HA! Ha! just kidding. Jake pulled back my bow and instantly new my timing was off. And also noticed that one of my C clamps on my lower axle was off and therefore the axle was coming out, and my limb was twisting. Thankfully I had brought it in when I did. My Powertec is now shooting better than it ever has. The guys put a new fall away rest on. (Which I Love) And set up my bow the way it should have been done the first time. I will be back for all my archery needs. Thank You Archery Country
